As the Development and Grants Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Directors, Board of Directors, and other designated staff to play a pivotal role in securing funding and support for The Rabbit hOle. This position combines strategic planning, donor relationship management, and grant writing to advance the organization's mission and programs. This position is full-time, eligible for benefits.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

The Special Programming Volunteer Coordinator will play a pivotal role at The Rabbit hOle, responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers to ensure effective management of Guest Experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, interpersonal communication, and a passion for community engagement.
Makerspace Program Coordinator at The Rabbit hOle
Job Summary
We are seeking a facilitator to lead our Makerspace Programming Area (“Tons of Fun Room”) within The Rabbit hOle. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of solid art and craft competencies, a working knowledge of the museum’s exhibits and the related authors/ illustrators, experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan, and organizational skills to deliver engaging and enriching experiences for visitors. The Makerspace Coordinator will be responsible for implementing creative workshops that foster artistic expression and learning in alignment with our museum's mission to connect the community with 100 years of children’s literature.
GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE
Job Summary
The Rabbit hOle is seeking book loving, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Guest Services team. Guest Services Associates will work with the Rabbit hOle team to welcome and admit visitors, provide a smooth transition from the human world to the storybook world, and help ensure an overall quality visitor experience throughout the museum. Part time and full time positions are available.
