Field Trip Coordinator
Job Summary
The Rabbit hOle is seeking an experienced individual to join a growing team of administrative staff as the Rabbit hOle’s Field Trip Coordinator. The Field Trip Coordinator will work with the program management team, guest services and volunteer coordinator to schedule, coordinate and implement group visits to the museum, including school groups, nonprofit agencies and partner organizations, adult groups, and others. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Facilities Supervisor
Job Summary
The Facilities Supervisor plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation and
maintenance of all facilities at The Rabbit hOle. This position oversees the daily maintenance,
upkeep, and cleanliness of the museum's physical spaces, exhibits, and grounds. The ideal
candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, a working knowledge of
building systems, and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for
children and families.
Development and Grants Manager
Job Summary
As the Development and Grants Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Directors, Board of Directors, and other designated staff to play a pivotal role in securing funding and support for The Rabbit hOle. This position combines strategic planning, donor relationship management, and grant writing to advance the organization's mission and programs. This position is full-time, eligible for benefits.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Job Summary
The Rabbit hOle’s Volunteer Coordinator will play a pivotal role, being responsible for the continued development and refinement of our volunteer program, including areas of recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers to ensure effective management of the guest experience. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a passion for community engagement, and 2-3 years volunteer coordination experience in a museum or similar setting.
