Job Summary

The Rabbit hOle is seeking book loving, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Guest Services team. Guest Services Associates will work with the Rabbit hOle team to welcome and admit visitors, provide a smooth transition from the human world to the storybook world, and help ensure an overall quality visitor experience throughout the museum. Part time positions are available.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Guest Services Manager and Supervisor to ensure a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional experience for museum visitors.

  • Properly use museum equipment and systems, and carefully monitor cash and credit transactions for membership and ticketing.

  • Be knowledgeable about The Rabbit hOle’s exhibits and programming, and be able to respond to guests’ requests for information in pleasant, helpful, and informative ways. Assist guests at the front desk and throughout the museum space.

  • Ensure museum facilities are clean and safe for guest usage.

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints and direct to the appropriate persons as needed. Properly use guest services supplies.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • A sense of humor.
